Town, 12/12/00--As the matriarch of the straw stands at the foot
of Government dock, 84-year-old Sarah Hutchison hears a lot of talk
about politics in the United States. And she has obviously developed
a depth of wisdom. Asked for her opinion during the Florida recount
crisis, she said,
"They be tangling. They be tangling. What they got to do
is come together with one heart. Come together with one mind. Then
it'll be easy to get that mess all straightened out."
