All arrivals receive assistance with docking, releasing, and re-docking. The following services are standard:
1) Luggage assistance for members and guests on arrival and departure;
2) Power and water lines checked daily when owners are not present;
3) Shower, coin laundry, and restroom portable pump out station;
4) Mail service and message delivery;
5) Daily fax newspaper at front office;
6) Transportation to and from the docks;
7) Local information for registered guests;
8) Security and restricted access at night;
9) Monitored VHF Channel 16 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. -- expanded during inclement weather;
10) Room service and on-board dining available daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.;
11) Guest service and telephone directory;
12) Well-equipped fuel dock;
13) 110 and 220 volts 100-amp and 100-amp 3-phase electrical service;
14) Waster removal;
15) Cable TV and internet access at each dock; and
16) Ice for purchase at dock office.
