For those who want a very short walk to the beach
and a very spacious home in which family members can each have a lot of private space,
this house is south of town
just about opposite the Harbour Island Marina.

Every room of this house is spacious, high-ceilinged, and light-filled. The first floor has a formal but cozy living room, dining room, kitchen, and media room plus a bedroom suite with sofas and tv.

The first floor bed/sitting room, shown below, opens onto a back deck for outdoor dining.

Upstairs bedrooms have decks overlooking the ocean..

And the Master bedroom has a table and settee for private breakfasts or reading.

And the beach is just around the corner and then down a little path.

This home is owned by noted local architect and builder Glenroy Aranha.
