An artists touch is apparent throughout this four bedroom
home with
a private70 ft. dock on the bay. Multiple decks and terraces plus a patio
give a
wide choice of perfect spots for sunset watching. A tropical garden with
a
lilly pond provides an interesting invitation to the main entrance.
Rooms on the first floor have views of the azure bay;
a fully
eqipped kitchen, spacious dining room, and a sunken living room with Bahamian
art is ideal for entertaining. A bedroom and a TV/den on the first floor
each have a separate bathroom.
The second floor offers a unique design with maximum privacy;
two
wings separated by a large deck with a bay view. Two bedrooms sharing
one
bathroom are on one side with one bedroom and a bathroom and an art studio
on the other side. The house accomodates eight people in comfort.
The house is airconditioned with cable T.V., internet, charcoal BBQ,
washer and dryer. The house keeper can arrange golf cart rental (recommended)
and boat and kayak delivery to the dock.
Yellow Moon is gated for privacy next to the small upscale
Romora
Bay Club and Marina. The famous pink sands beach is a five minute walk
away with the
Harbour Island Marina even closer. Dunmore Town is five minutes away by
golf cart.
Rates vary by time of year, length of stay, and size of party.
